Miniature MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit Module ADIS16475
The ADIS16475C is a high-precision, miniaturized MEMS motion sensor module containing a three-axis gyroscope and three-axis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor is combined with signal conditioning circuitry to provide a simple interface for data acquisition and configuration control using an SPI interface and register structure. The module is available in a 100-ball BGA package measuring approximately 15 mm × 11 mm × 11 mm.
